Ed has been in the restaurant business for the past 25 years. His
first cooking experience came at the age of 9 when he made his family a traditional
4 course Chinese dinner.
His last accomplishment came in Sunriver, Oregon where he and his wife Jennifer
started Sushimotos Asian Bistro and wine bar. He turned heads in the area
putting out creative and unique dishes for three years before returning to his
native roots.
He graduated from the CCA in San Francisco. His experiences in the
US include an externship at Manele bay (Lanai, HI), Lark Creek (San
Mateo), Wolfdales (Tahoe City), and Piatti’s (Roseville). He
has worked in Europe at Restaurant Godt (Michelin Star), Zeleste,
and Sushitarian.
